- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in New Zealand Auckland.
- Payment terms: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the mid-project milestone, and 30% upon final delivery of all reports and documentation.
- All invoices are payable within fourteen (14) calendar days of the invoice date. Late payments will attract interest at the rate prescribed under the Interest on Debts Act 1977.
- The Environmental Engineer and ClearPath Environmental Consulting Ltd shall not be liable for any consequential loss arising from delays caused by third-party authorities, including but not limited to the Auckland Council, Watercare, or the Ministry for the Environment.
- All intellectual property, reports, and data generated under this Quotation Estimate shall become the property of the client upon full and final payment.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation in Auckland, New Zealand, in accordance with the Disputes Standards Act 2017.
This Quotation Estimate assumes that the client will provide timely access to all relevant sites within the New Zealand Auckland project area and that all necessary site-specific data (historical water quality records, existing infrastructure drawings, and prior environmental reports) will be made available within ten (10) business days of contract commencement. The following items are excluded from this Quotation Estimate: laboratory analysis fees (estimated at an additional NZD $8,200), any remediation construction works, and legal representation before the Environment Court. Should additional scope be required beyond what is described herein, a supplementary Quotation Estimate will be issued for the client's approval prior to any additional work commencing.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for Environmental Engineer services in New Zealand Auckland. The engagement shall commence upon receipt of the initial deposit and written confirmation from both parties.
