This Quotation Estimate covers the following Environmental Engineer deliverables for the Te Aro Precinct site located at 14-22 Cuba Street, Te Aro, Wellington 6011:

1. Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment: Desktop review of historical land use, aerial photography, and existing environmental data for the subject site and surrounding 500-metre buffer zone within New Zealand Wellington.
2. Phase 2 Ground Investigation: Borehole drilling (minimum 6 boreholes to 15 metres below ground level), soil sampling, and laboratory analysis for hydrocarbons, heavy metals, and volatile organic compounds in accordance with NZS 4306:2005.
3. Stormwater and Drainage Impact Assessment: Modelling of pre- and post-development stormwater flows, assessment of compliance with Wellington City Council's Stormwater Management Guidelines, and design of a sustainable urban drainage (SUDS) solution.
4. Air Quality and Noise Impact Assessment: Predictive modelling of construction-phase and operational-phase emissions and noise levels, with reference to the Wellington Regional Air Quality Plan and NZS 6803:2007.
5. Resource Consent Application Support: Preparation of all technical schedules, environmental management plans, and supporting documentation required for a Resource Consent application to the Wellington Regional Council and Wellington City Council.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, rates and availability of the Environmental Engineer team may be subject to revision.
2. All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of the Environmental Engineer's professional time, standard software licences, and travel within the New Zealand Wellington metropolitan area. Travel outside the Wellington City Council boundary will be charged at $0.85 per kilometre plus applicable tolls and parking.
3. Payment terms: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon submission of the Resource Consent application; 30% upon completion of the post-construction monitoring programme. All invoices are due within fourteen (14) days of issue.
4. The Environmental Engineer services described herein are subject to site access being provided by the client no fewer than five (5) business days prior to each scheduled fieldwork activity.
5. This Quotation Estimate does not include costs associated with third-party laboratory testing beyond the standard suite specified in Item 2, council application fees, or any remediation works that may be identified as a result of the Phase 2 investigation. Any such additional works will be subject to a separate Quotation Estimate issued prior to commencement.
6. All deliverables will be provided in electronic format (PDF and editable Word/Excel) and in two (2) hard copies. The Environmental Engineer will attend up to four (4) client review meetings during the project duration at no additional cost.
7. This engagement is governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting services agreement shall be resolved in the District Court of Wellington, New Zealand.
8. The Environmental Engineer shall maintain professional indemnity insurance of no less than NZD $10,000,000 per occurrence and shall provide a certificate of insurance upon request.

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for Environmental Engineer services in New Zealand Wellington as set out above. This acceptance constitutes a binding agreement between the parties for the scope of work described herein.
