The Environmental Engineer services outlined in this Quotation Estimate are specifically tailored to meet the regulatory requirements of the Pakistan Environmental Protection Agency (PEPA), the Islamabad Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA), and the relevant federal and provincial environmental legislation governing construction, industrial, and urban development activities within the Islamabad Capital Territory.

The Environmental Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following professional duties and deliverables:

  • Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA): Preparation of a full-scope EIA report in compliance with the EIA Regulations 2000 (amended) for the proposed development project in Pakistan Islamabad, including baseline environmental data collection, impact prediction, mitigation planning, and public consultation documentation.

4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and charges are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Pakistan Islamabad.

4.2 Payment shall be made in three (3) equal instalments: 30% upon contract execution, 40% upon completion of the EIA report and WWT design deliverables, and 30% upon final project acceptance and handover of all documentation.

4.3 The Environmental Engineer and all supporting technical staff shall be fully insured and shall comply with all occupational health and safety regulations applicable in Pakistan Islamabad.

4.4 Any change in scope, additional monitoring locations, or extended project timelines shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by GreenScape Environmental Consultants prior to commencement of the additional work.

4.5 All intellectual property, reports, data sets, and technical documentation produced under this engagement shall become the property of the contracting authority upon full payment.

4.6 Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the resultant contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Islamabad, Pakistan, in accordance with the Arbitration Act 1940.

The lead Environmental Engineer assigned to this project holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), Islamabad, and is a licensed professional engineer registered with the Engineering Council of Pakistan (ECP). The engineer possesses over twelve (12) years of hands-on experience in environmental consulting within Pakistan Islamabad, with demonstrated expertise in EIA preparation, industrial compliance, water resource management, and sustainable urban planning. All supporting team members shall hold relevant undergraduate or postgraduate qualifications in environmental science, civil engineering, or related disciplines.

By signing below, the contracting authority acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and financial provisions outlined herein for the engagement of Environmental Engineer services in Pakistan Islamabad.
