1. The Environmental Engineer designated to lead this engagement in Peru Lima holds the following credentials: a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, a Master's degree in Environmental Management from the Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería (UNI), professional registration with the Colegio de Ingenieros del Perú (Colegiatura N° 184,762), and over 14 years of experience in industrial environmental compliance within the Lima metropolitan region. The engineer is fully authorized to sign and submit environmental documents to OEFA, MINAM, and the Lima Metropolitan Municipality on behalf of the client.
4. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, prices may be subject to revision due to currency fluctuations or changes in Peruvian regulatory fees.
- All services described herein will be performed by a qualified Environmental Engineer or their designated technical team, operating within the geographic boundaries of Peru Lima and its immediate metropolitan area.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of the EIA and PMA submission, and 20% upon delivery of the final Environmental Closure Plan. All invoices will be issued in accordance with Peruvian tax regulations (SUNAT).
- The Environmental Engineer shall provide weekly progress reports to the client's project manager and shall attend bi-weekly coordination meetings at the project site in Peru Lima.
- Any scope modifications requested by the client after the initial approval of this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a supplementary quotation and mutual written agreement.
- All environmental data collected in Peru Lima shall be handled in strict confidence and in compliance with Peruvian data protection law (Ley N° 29733).
- The Environmental Engineer shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of USD 500,000 for the duration of the engagement.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties execute a formal service agreement in writing.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the Peru Lima region, may result in schedule adjustments without penalty to either party.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Lima, Peru, in accordance with the rules of the Centro de Arbitraje y Conciliación de la Cámara de Comercio de Lima.
