- All Environmental Engineer services shall be performed in strict compliance with Qatari law, Qatar Doha municipal regulations, and QEEA environmental standards.
- The Environmental Engineer and all supporting technical staff shall hold valid Qatari professional licenses and insurance coverage as mandated by the Ministry of Labour.
- Any scope changes or additional services beyond the items listed in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost approval.
- Confidentiality: All data, reports, and findings generated during the engagement in Qatar Doha shall remain the exclusive property of the client. The Environmental Engineer shall not disclose project details to third parties without written consent.
