1. Purpose and Scope of This Quotation Estimate

4. Payment Terms

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in four equal installments of 3,117,000 RUB (inclusive of VAT), due at the commencement of the project, at the end of Month 3, Month 6, and Month 9. All payments shall be transferred via bank wire to the account of GreenSolutions Environmental Consulting LLC at Sberbank, Saint Petersburg branch. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 0.1% per calendar day as stipulated under the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

5. Terms and Conditions
  1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in market conditions, regulatory requirements, or exchange rate fluctuations in Russia Saint Petersburg.
  2. All Environmental Engineer personnel assigned to this project shall hold valid professional certifications recognized by the Russian Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment and shall maintain current professional liability insurance.
  3. The client shall provide the Environmental Engineer team with unrestricted access to all relevant sites, operational records, and historical environmental data within Russia Saint Petersburg. Failure to provide timely access may result in schedule delays for which the contractor shall not be liable.
