- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
- All services shall be performed by a licensed Environmental Engineer registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers. The assigned Environmental Engineer shall not be substituted without prior written consent from the client.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of the EIA and monitoring phases, and 30% upon final delivery of the Environmental Management Plan and audit report.
- All deliverables shall be submitted in both Arabic and English to satisfy regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
- The Environmental Engineer shall maintain full professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of SAR 5,000,000 throughout the project duration.
- Any work beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate change order and additional cost approval.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.
- All intellectual property rights in reports, models, and plans prepared by the Environmental Engineer shall transfer to the client upon full payment.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the rules of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration.
