This Quotation Estimate is issued by GreenScape Environmental Pte. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Singapore Singapore.
- All Environmental Engineer services shall be performed by qualified professionals registered with the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) of Singapore and holding valid Class A or Class B environmental engineering licences.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the EIA and EMP deliverables, and 30% upon successful post-construction audit and final handover.
- All work shall comply with the Environmental Protection and Management Act (Cap. 96), the Building Control Act, and all relevant Singapore Singapore statutory requirements.
- Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Additional Environmental Engineer services beyond the stated scope will be billed at the prevailing hourly rate of SGD 285 per hour.
- GreenScape Environmental Pte. Ltd. shall maintain professional indemnity insurance of not less than SGD 5,000,000 for the duration of the engagement in Singapore Singapore.
- Confidentiality: All data, reports, and findings generated under this Quotation Estimate shall remain the exclusive property of the Client and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Singapore Singapore in accordance with the rules of the Singapore Mediation Centre.
By signing below, the Client acknowledges and accepts the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the provision of Environmental Engineer services in Singapore Singapore. This document constitutes a binding agreement upon countersignature by both parties.
