This Quotation Estimate is prepared by our licensed Environmental Engineer team to provide comprehensive environmental assessment, impact analysis, and regulatory compliance services for the proposed mixed-use development project located in the Gangnam-gu district of South Korea Seoul. The scope encompasses all phases of environmental due diligence required under the South Korean Environmental Impact Assessment Act (EIA Act, Act No. 10,158) and the Seoul Metropolitan Environmental Protection Ordinance.
Our Environmental Engineer will oversee the following deliverables: preparation of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report, air quality baseline monitoring, noise and vibration impact studies, water resource and drainage analysis, soil and groundwater contamination screening, biodiversity and ecological survey coordination, waste management plan development, and the preparation of the Environmental Management Plan (EMP) for construction and operational phases. All work will be conducted in strict accordance with the standards set by the Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Korea and the Seoul Metropolitan Government's environmental regulations.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in South Korea Seoul.
- All services shall be performed by a licensed Environmental Engineer registered with the Korean Society of Environmental Engineers (KSEE) and holding a valid Class 1 Environmental Engineer certification issued by the Ministry of Environment.
- The Environmental Engineer shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Korea, including the EIA Act, the Framework Act on Environmental Policy, the Air Quality Management Act, the Water Environment Framework Act, and the Seoul Metropolitan Environmental Protection Ordinance.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters described in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a formal change order and additional cost assessment.
- All data, reports, and deliverables produced under this engagement shall become the property of the Client upon full payment. Our firm retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios with prior written consent.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the resulting contract shall be resolved through mediation in Seoul, South Korea, in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB).
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed a formal service agreement incorporating these terms.
- Our firm maintains Professional Indemnity Insurance with a coverage limit of KRW 500,000,000 for all Environmental Engineer services rendered in South Korea Seoul and its metropolitan area.
This Quotation Estimate assumes that the Client will provide timely access to the project site in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and will supply all existing geological, topographical, and utility data. The following are excluded from this estimate: remediation or corrective engineering works, legal representation in court proceedings, and any environmental services required for adjacent properties not included in the defined project boundary. Should the Environmental Engineer identify contamination levels exceeding the South Korean soil quality standards during the screening phase, a separate remediation cost estimate will be prepared and submitted as a supplementary document.
By signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, scope, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of our Environmental Engineer services in South Korea Seoul.
