This Quotation Estimate is issued by Valencia Environmental Consulting S.L. to provide comprehensive professional services rendered by a certified Environmental Engineer for the construction and development project located in the Turia River Basin Zone, Spain Valencia. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all prices are subject to revision based on current market conditions in Spain Valencia.
- All services shall be performed by a qualified and registered Environmental Engineer holding a valid professional license issued by the Colegio Oficial de Ingenieros de Minas de Levante, Valencia, Spain.
- Payment terms: 30% upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the EIA and regulatory submissions, and 30% upon final compliance audit delivery.
- The Environmental Engineer shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of 1,000,000 EUR throughout the duration of the engagement in Spain Valencia.
- All deliverables shall comply with the Spanish Environmental Impact Assessment Law (Ley 10/2021), the Comunitat Valenciana regional environmental regulations, and applicable European Union directives.
- Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment signed by both parties.
