This Quotation Estimate is issued by GreenScape Environmental Consulting Co., Ltd. to provide comprehensive Environmental Engineer professional services for the Riverside Commercial Complex, Phase II development project located in the Bang Rak district of Thailand Bangkok. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period is subject to re-pricing due to potential changes in material costs, regulatory fees, or labour rates in Thailand Bangkok.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon signed acceptance, 40% upon completion of the EIA report submission, and 30% upon final compliance audit and handover. All payments are due within fourteen (14) days of invoice date via bank transfer to the account specified on the invoice.
- All Environmental Engineer personnel assigned to this project shall hold valid TCE professional licences and shall comply with the Thai Occupational Safety and Health Act B.E. 2554 (2011) and all BMA site regulations.
- The client shall provide unrestricted access to the project site in Thailand Bangkok, including the Chao Phraya River buffer zone, during all scheduled survey and monitoring periods. Access restrictions may result in schedule extensions at no additional cost to GreenScape.
- Any change in scope, additional sampling locations, or extended monitoring periods beyond those stated in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a written change order and additional charges at the rates specified herein.
- GreenScape Environmental Consulting Co., Ltd. shall maintain professional indemnity insurance of not less than THB 20,000,000 for the duration of the engagement.
- All reports, data, and documentation produced under this engagement shall be the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. GreenScape retains the right to reference the project in its portfolio with prior written consent.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation under the rules of the Thai Arbitration Institute, with the seat of arbitration in Thailand Bangkok.
- This document constitutes a formal Quotation Estimate and does not constitute a binding contract until a separate Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Environmental Engineer services in Thailand Bangkok and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein. This acceptance authorizes GreenScape Environmental Consulting Co., Ltd. to commence mobilization and site preparation activities.
