This Quotation Estimate is issued by Gulf Environmental Engineering Consultants LLC to provide comprehensive professional services rendered by a licensed Environmental Engineer for the Al Noor Development Group FZE industrial expansion project located in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The scope of work encompasses all environmental compliance, impact assessment, monitoring, and regulatory liaison activities required under the Abu Dhabi Environment Agency (ADEA) and the Department of Energy (DoE) regulations in force within the United Arab Emirates.
The designated Environmental Engineer shall hold a valid professional license issued by the Abu Dhabi Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) and shall possess a minimum of ten (10) years of documented experience in industrial environmental management within the United Arab Emirates. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect current market conditions in the United Arab Emirates.
- The Environmental Engineer and all supporting personnel shall be fully insured under professional indemnity and public liability policies compliant with Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, regulatory requirements.
- All intellectual property, reports, and data generated under this engagement shall become the sole property of the client upon full payment of all invoices.
- The Environmental Engineer shall maintain strict confidentiality of all client information, site data, and proprietary processes in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
- Any change in scope, project duration, or site conditions shall be documented in a written Change Order signed by both parties before additional work commences.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, in accordance with the rules of the Abu Dhabi Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration Centre (ADCCAC).
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to government directives, natural disasters, or public health emergencies declared in the United Arab Emirates, shall extend project timelines proportionally without penalty to either party.
- The client shall provide reasonable access to the project site in Abu Dhabi, all existing environmental data, and necessary permits for the Environmental Engineer to perform the scoped activities.
- Failure to make payment within the stipulated due dates shall attract a late payment interest of 1.5% per month, calculated on the outstanding balance, in accordance with UAE commercial law.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for Environmental Engineer services in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and agrees to all terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. This document, once countersigned, shall constitute a binding agreement between the parties.
