Scope of Work – Environmental Engineer Services
This Quotation Estimate is issued by GreenScape Environmental Consultancy Ltd to provide comprehensive professional services delivered by a chartered Environmental Engineer for the Rea Valley Corridor remediation and flood resilience project located in United Kingdom Birmingham. The scope encompasses the following deliverables:

All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). VAT is charged at the current United Kingdom standard rate of 20%. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 90 calendar days from the date of issue.
Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is issued by GreenScape Environmental Consultancy Ltd, a limited company registered in England and Wales, for the provision of Environmental Engineer professional services in United Kingdom Birmingham and the surrounding West Midlands region.
- Payment terms: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the Environmental Impact Assessment and hydrological modelling deliverables, and 30% upon final submission of all reports and permit applications. All invoices are payable within 30 days of issue in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
- The Environmental Engineer assigned to this project holds Chartered Engineer (CEng) status with the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) and is a member of the Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management (CIWEM).
- All work shall be carried out in compliance with current United Kingdom environmental legislation, including the Environmental Protection Act 1990, the Water Resources Act 1991, and the Flood and Water Management Act 2010, as applicable to the Birmingham project site.
- Any variation in scope beyond the items listed in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a written variation order and additional cost assessment prior to commencement.
- Intellectual property in all reports, models, and design documents produced under this engagement shall vest in the client upon full and final payment.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Birmingham, United Kingdom.
- GreenScape Environmental Consultancy Ltd maintains Professional Indemnity Insurance of not less than £5,000,000 per claim, valid throughout the duration of the project and for a further six years thereafter.
Acceptance
By signing below, the client confirms acceptance of this Quotation Estimate for Environmental Engineer services to be delivered in United Kingdom Birmingham. The project commencement date shall be within 10 working days of written confirmation.
