4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing may be subject to revision based on changes in labor rates, material costs, or regulatory requirements applicable to Environmental Engineer services in United States Houston.

4.2 Payment Schedule: Invoices shall be issued monthly in arrears. A 15% mobilization fee is due upon execution of the contract. All remaining balances are due Net 30 days from the date of invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at 1.5% per month.

4.3 Scope Changes: Any modification to the scope of work outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be documented in a written Change Order signed by both parties. The Environmental Engineer reserves the right to issue a supplemental Quotation Estimate for any work falling outside the originally defined scope.

4.4 Regulatory Compliance: All services shall be performed in strict accordance with the Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), TCEQ Chapter 30, and all applicable City of Houston municipal ordinances. The Environmental Engineer shall maintain all necessary professional licenses and insurance throughout the project duration.

4.5 Insurance & Liability: Gulf Coast Environmental Engineering, LLC shall maintain Professional Liability (Errors & Omissions) insurance of not less than $2,000,000 per occurrence and General Liability insurance of $1,000,000. Certificates of insurance shall be provided upon request.

4.6 Confidentiality: All data, reports, and findings generated under this Quotation Estimate shall be treated as confidential property of the client. The Environmental Engineer shall not disclose project-specific information to third parties without written consent, except as required by law or regulatory authority in United States Houston.

4.7 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Harris County, Texas, United States, in accordance with the Texas Mediation Act. If mediation is unsuccessful, binding arbitration shall be conducted in Houston, Texas.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes Gulf Coast Environmental Engineering, LLC to proceed with the Environmental Engineer services described herein for the project located in United States Houston.
