This Quotation Estimate is issued by Pacific Coast Environmental Consulting, LLC to Meridian Development Group, Inc. in connection with the provision of comprehensive Environmental Engineer services for the proposed mixed-use development project located in the downtown corridor of United States Los Angeles. 2. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. After the expiration date, all rates and availability of the Environmental Engineer team are subject to re-evaluation.
- All services shall be performed by a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) holding a valid California license in the discipline of Environmental Engineering, as required by the California Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Geologists.
- Payment terms: 30% upon execution of the contract, 40% upon completion of Phase I and Phase II assessments, and 30% upon final delivery of all compliance documentation and permit approvals.
- Any change in scope, additional regulatory requirements imposed by the City of Los Angeles or state agencies, or unforeseen site conditions discovered during fieldwork in United States Los Angeles shall be documented via a formal Change Order and priced separately.
- The Environmental Engineer of record assumes professional liability for the accuracy of all technical analyses, reports, and design documents delivered under this engagement, consistent with the standard of care expected of a reasonably competent environmental engineer practicing in the State of California.
- All work products, including but not limited to environmental reports, maps, data sets, and permit applications, shall become the property of the client upon full payment. The consulting firm retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios with client written consent.
- This engagement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, United States, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
- The client acknowledges that the Environmental Engineer services described herein are advisory and technical in nature and do not constitute a guarantee of permit approval by any governmental agency in Los Angeles or the State of California.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes Pacific Coast Environmental Consulting, LLC to proceed with the engagement of the Environmental Engineer team for the project located in United States Los Angeles under the terms and conditions stated herein.
