- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates and availability of the Environmental Engineer team are subject to re-evaluation.
- Payment shall be made in U.S. Dollars (USD) via wire transfer or certified check to Florida Coastal Environmental Consulting, LLC, Miami, Florida, United States. Invoices are due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date.
- A non-refundable deposit of ten percent (10%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount is required to secure the Environmental Engineer's schedule and initiate fieldwork in United States Miami.
- All environmental engineering services shall be performed in strict compliance with the Florida Statutes Chapter 455, the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), the Clean Water Act, the Clean Air Act, and all Miami-Dade County environmental ordinances.
- Any work outside the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be billed at the Environmental Engineer's standard hourly rate of $220.00 per hour, subject to prior written approval by the client.
- The Environmental Engineer shall maintain professional liability insurance of no less than $2,000,000 per occurrence throughout the duration of the project.
- All reports, data, and deliverables produced under this engagement shall remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. The Environmental Engineer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios with client consent.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to hurricanes, tropical storms, or flooding common to the United States Miami coastal region, may result in schedule adjustments. Both parties shall negotiate in good faith to minimize project delays.
