- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. After the expiration date, all fees and rates are subject to revision based on current market conditions in United States New York City.
- All professional services shall be performed by a licensed Environmental Engineer holding a valid New York State Professional Engineer license and shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and municipal regulations governing environmental practice in United States New York City.
- Payment terms: 25% upon execution of the contract, 50% upon completion of the EIS and all design deliverables, and 25% upon final certification. Monthly monitoring invoices shall be payable within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of third-party laboratory analyses, independent geotechnical investigations, or legal counsel fees, which shall be billed separately at cost with a 10% administrative surcharge.
- The Environmental Engineer shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $5,000,000 per occurrence and $10,000,000 aggregate, naming the client as an additional insured party.
- All deliverables, reports, and certifications produced under this engagement shall be the sole property of the client upon full payment. The Environmental Engineer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios and case studies.
- Any change in scope, site conditions, or regulatory requirements in United States New York City that materially affects the work described herein shall be documented in a written Change Order signed by both parties before additional work commences.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York County, United States New York City, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
- The Environmental Engineer shall comply with all applicable environmental laws including but not limited to the Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), New York State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA), and all NYC Local Laws pertaining to environmental protection.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes GreenScape Environmental Consulting, LLC to proceed with the engagement of the Environmental Engineer for the project located in United States New York City under the terms and conditions set forth herein.
