• Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of design and EIA submission, and 30% upon final project acceptance and handover of all documentation.
• All services will be performed by a qualified Environmental Engineer holding a valid professional license issued by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of Vietnam, with a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in industrial environmental projects in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
• The Environmental Engineer shall comply with all applicable Vietnamese environmental regulations, including Decree 08/2022/NĐ-CP and relevant QCVN standards specific to the Binh Tan District industrial zone.
• Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Additional services will be billed separately at the rates specified in this Quotation Estimate.
• The client is responsible for providing timely access to the project site in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City and all necessary operational data required by the Environmental Engineer.
• Confidentiality: All project data, design documents, and environmental reports prepared by the Environmental Engineer shall remain the exclusive property of the client and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
• Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and subsequent contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City in accordance with the rules of the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC).
