1. Purpose and Scope of This Quotation Estimate
This Quotation Estimate is issued by GreenSolutions Environmental Consulting (Pvt) Ltd to provide a comprehensive, itemised cost breakdown for the engagement of a qualified Environmental Engineer to deliver environmental impact assessment, compliance monitoring, and remediation advisory services for the Harare City Council's proposed water treatment infrastructure upgrade project. The Environmental Engineer will be based in Zimbabwe Harare and will operate in full compliance with the Environmental Management Act [Chapter 20:27] of Zimbabwe, the Harare City Council by-laws, and all applicable regulations issued by the Environmental Management Agency (EMA) of Zimbabwe.
The scope of work outlined in this Quotation Estimate covers a twelve-month engagement period commencing upon written acceptance. The Environmental Engineer will conduct site assessments, prepare environmental management plans, liaise with regulatory authorities in Zimbabwe Harare, and provide ongoing technical oversight to ensure that all construction and operational activities meet the prescribed environmental standards.

3. Payment Schedule
This Quotation Estimate stipulates the following payment milestones, all payable within fourteen (14) calendar days of invoice issuance:

4. Terms and Conditions
4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Zimbabwe Harare.
4.2 All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of the Environmental Engineer's professional fees, fieldwork, and reporting. VAT at the current Zimbabwean rate of 17.5% is applied as shown.
4.3 The Environmental Engineer shall maintain professional indemnity insurance of not less than USD 500,000 for the duration of the engagement in Zimbabwe Harare.
4.4 Any variation in scope exceeding ten percent (10%) of the total Quotation Estimate value shall require a written amendment signed by both parties before additional work commences.
4.5 The client shall provide reasonable access to the project site in Zimbabwe Harare, including safety equipment and site induction, to enable the Environmental Engineer to perform duties safely and effectively.
4.6 All reports, data, and documentation produced under this Quotation Estimate shall remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment.
4.7 Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Harare, Zimbabwe, in accordance with the Arbitration Act [Chapter 7:15] of Zimbabwe.
5. Acceptance
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, scope, and pricing set forth in this Quotation Estimate for the Environmental Engineer services to be delivered in Zimbabwe Harare.

All services will be governed by a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA) to be executed within seven (7) days of acceptance.
