4. Payment Schedule

5. Terms & Conditions
5.1 Validity. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, the Film Director reserves the right to revise rates due to market fluctuations in the Argentina Buenos Aires production sector.
5.2 Cancellation. Cancellation by the client prior to the start of principal photography shall incur a fee of 25% of the total Quotation Estimate value. Cancellation during principal photography shall incur a fee of 50% of the total value.
5.3 Intellectual Property. Upon full payment, all final deliverables (footage, masters, and associated media) shall be the exclusive property of the client. The Film Director retains the right to display the completed work in personal portfolios, festival submissions, and academic presentations, subject to the client's prior written approval for commercial use.
5.4 Force Majeure. Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the Argentina Buenos Aires region, government-mandated shutdowns, or INCAA regulatory changes.
5.5 Governing Law. This agreement shall be governed by the civil and commercial laws of the Argentine Republic, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Any disputes shall first be submitted to mediation in Argentina Buenos Aires before proceeding to litigation.
5.6 Taxes. All amounts stated in this Quotation Estimate are exclusive of applicable Argentine Value Added Tax (IVA, 21%) and any withholding taxes. The client is responsible for remitting applicable taxes in accordance with Argentine fiscal regulations.
