4.1 Validity. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all pricing is subject to revision due to currency fluctuation, availability of the Film Director, and changes in local production costs within Argentina Córdoba.
4.2 Scope Changes. Any modification to the creative scope, shooting schedule, or location requirements beyond those specified in this document will be addressed through a formal Change Order, signed by both parties. The Film Director reserves the right to adjust the timeline and associated costs accordingly.
4.3 Location Permits. The client is responsible for securing all municipal, provincial, and national filming permits required by the city of Córdoba, the province of Córdoba, and any federal agencies in Argentina. The Film Director will provide technical input for permit applications but does not bear the cost of permit fees.
4.4 Intellectual Property. Upon full payment, all creative direction materials, storyboards, shot lists, and editorial decisions made by the Film Director become the property of the client. The Film Director retains the right to display the completed work in personal portfolios, festival submissions, and industry showcases.
4.5 Force Majeure. Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather events in Córdoba, Argentina, government-mandated shutdowns, or natural disasters affecting the province.
