This Quotation Estimate outlines the professional services to be provided by our senior Film Director, Mr. James O'Connor (AACTA Award-nominated, 15+ years of experience), for the production of "River City Chronicles." All services will be delivered in and around Australia Brisbane, including but not limited to the South Bank precinct, the Brisbane River foreshore, the Story Bridge area, and the cultural districts of Fortitude Valley and New Farm. The Film Director will oversee all creative and technical aspects of the production from pre-production through to final delivery.

Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in the Australia Brisbane production sector.
- All rates are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current Australian rate of 10%, in compliance with the Australian Taxation Office regulations.
- The Film Director's engagement is subject to a minimum 4-week notice period for cancellation by either party. Cancellation within 4 weeks of the scheduled start date will incur a 50% fee on the total Quotation Estimate value.
- Payment terms: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of principal photography, and 30% upon final delivery of all materials. All payments are due within 14 days of invoice date.
- The Film Director retains full creative authority over artistic and technical decisions during the production. Final editorial approval rests with the client, subject to the Film Director's professional input.
- All filming within the Australia Brisbane metropolitan area is subject to obtaining the necessary permits from the City of Brisbane Council, Queensland Police Service, and relevant land management authorities. Permit fees are not included in this Quotation Estimate and will be billed at cost.
- Intellectual property: Upon full payment, all final deliverables become the property of the client. The Film Director retains the right to use behind-the-scenes material for portfolio and promotional purposes, subject to a 90-day embargo.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and the initial deposit has been received in full.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters described herein will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate issued in writing by Sunshine Coast Productions Pty Ltd.
- This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation in Brisbane, Queensland, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
