The Film Director engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties throughout the production lifecycle in Bangladesh Dhaka:

• Conduct all casting decisions, rehearsal sessions, and performance direction for principal and supporting actors.
• Collaborate with the cinematographer, production designer, and sound team to realize the intended visual and auditory language of the film.
• Manage the daily shooting schedule, ensuring compliance with the production timeline and budget parameters agreed upon in this Quotation Estimate.
• Oversee all post-production stages including editing, sound design, music scoring, and final color correction until the picture lock is achieved.
• Attend all client review sessions held in Bangladesh Dhaka and incorporate approved feedback within the stipulated revision windows.
• Deliver the final master file in the agreed codec and resolution, along with a complete production report.

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in the following installments:

1. 30% Advance (BDT 879,165): Due upon signing of the production agreement, prior to the commencement of pre-production activities.
2. 40% Milestone (BDT 1,172,220): Due upon completion of principal photography and delivery of the rough cut for client review.
3. 30% Final (BDT 879,165): Due upon final delivery of the approved master and all associated documentation.

All payments shall be made via bank transfer to CineVision Productions Ltd., Dhaka Branch, BRAC Bank, Bangladesh Dhaka. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect current market conditions in Bangladesh Dhaka.
2. The Film Director retains full creative authority over artistic decisions unless otherwise specified in the production agreement. Client approval is required only at the milestone checkpoints defined herein.
3. Any changes to the production scope, additional shooting days, or extended post-production work beyond the quantities listed in this Quotation Estimate will be billed at the unit rates specified above and require a written change order signed by both parties.
4. All intellectual property rights in the final delivered film shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment. The Film Director retains the right to use stills and behind-the-scenes footage for personal portfolio purposes.
5. This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for camera equipment rental, lighting packages, set construction, or third-party location fees, which shall be itemized separately by the production manager.
6. Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangladesh Dhaka in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Bangladesh, 2001.
7. Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or public health emergencies affecting Bangladesh Dhaka, shall suspend obligations under this Quotation Estimate without penalty to either party.
