Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three instalments: (i) 40% upon signature of the production agreement; (ii) 40% upon completion of principal photography; and (iii) 20% upon final delivery of the master files. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the Studio Lumière Productions SRL account held at a Belgian financial institution. Late payments shall accrue interest at the statutory rate applicable in Belgium Brussels under the Belgian Code of Economic Law.

This Quotation Estimate is subject to the standard terms and conditions of Studio Lumière Productions SRL, which are available upon request. The Film Director retains full creative authority over artistic decisions unless otherwise agreed in writing. All intellectual property rights in the final deliverables shall transfer to the client upon full payment. The Film Director and all crew members shall comply with the Belgian Working Time Act and the specific safety regulations governing film production in Belgium Brussels. Any changes to scope, schedule, or location beyond the parameters defined in this Quotation Estimate will require a written amendment signed by both parties.

Important Note: This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for camera equipment rental, cast fees, location fees, catering, or travel expenses beyond the Brussels-Capital Region.
