4. Any change in scope, additional shooting days beyond the 22 principal photography days, or relocation of filming outside the China Guangzhou metropolitan area will require a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate and may incur additional charges.

6. Force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather, government-mandated shutdowns, or public health emergencies affecting China Guangzhou, will result in a proportional extension of the production timeline without penalty to either party.
7. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting service agreement shall be resolved through arbitration under the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) in Beijing, or through the courts of Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, at the client's election.
8. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Guangzhou Creative Media Productions Co., Ltd. Late payments shall accrue interest at 0.05% per day on the outstanding balance.
