- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all prices and availability of the Film Director are subject to revision.
- All prices are quoted in Colombian Pesos (COP) and include the applicable 19% IVA as mandated by the Colombian National Tax Authority (DIAN).
- The Film Director's availability is confirmed only upon receipt of the initial 30% payment and full execution of the production agreement.
- Any changes to the shooting schedule, location modifications within Bogotá or its surrounding areas, or scope alterations beyond the agreed number of shooting days will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate issued within five (5) business days.
- CineAndina Productions S.A.S. is responsible for coordinating all filming permits required by the Alcaldía Mayor de Bogotá and relevant local authorities. The Client is responsible for providing all necessary documentation and access rights to private properties.
- The Film Director retains full creative authority over artistic decisions during production. Final approval of the completed work rests with the Client, subject to the creative parameters established during pre-production.
- Intellectual property of the final delivered work shall transfer to the Client upon full payment. The Film Director and CineAndina Productions retain the right to use stills, behind-the-scenes footage, and excerpts for portfolio and promotional purposes, with prior written notice to the Client.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal Production Agreement, governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, must be executed by both parties prior to the commencement of any services.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns, or public health emergencies affecting Bogotá, shall suspend obligations without penalty to either party.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through mediation in Bogotá D.C., Colombia, in accordance with the Colombian Commercial Code.
By signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Film Director services in Colombia, Bogotá, and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. This acceptance authorizes CineAndina Productions S.A.S. to reserve the Film Director's schedule and commence pre-production activities.
