5. Terms and Conditions
5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Egypt Alexandria's production sector.
5.2 The Film Director retains full creative authority over artistic decisions including shot selection, pacing, and narrative structure, subject to the client's final approval at the rough-cut and fine-cut stages.
5.3 All filming within Egypt Alexandria shall comply with the Egyptian Film Censorship and Regulation Authority (EFRA) guidelines. The Film Director is responsible for obtaining all necessary shooting permits and clearances.
5.4 The client shall provide reasonable access to private locations and subjects within Alexandria. Any delays caused by the client's failure to secure access shall extend the production timeline without additional cost to the client.
5.5 All intellectual property rights in the final film shall vest in the client upon full payment. The Film Director retains the right to display the work in professional portfolios and festival submissions.
5.6 Cancellation by the client after pre-production has commenced shall incur a fee of 50% of the total Quotation Estimate value. Cancellation during principal photography shall incur 80%.
5.7 All amounts are quoted in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate of 14% as per Egyptian tax law.
5.8 Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Alexandria, Egypt, in accordance with the Egyptian Arbitration Law No. 27 of 1994.
6. Acceptance and Authorization
