Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three installments:
- 30% Advance Payment – Due upon signing of the production contract (approximately ETB 1,332,570).
- 40% Mid-Production Payment – Due upon completion of principal photography in Ethiopia Addis Ababa (approximately ETB 1,776,760).
- 30% Final Payment – Due upon delivery of the final cut and all associated materials (approximately ETB 1,332,570).
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, rates may be adjusted to reflect changes in the Ethiopian market, currency fluctuation, or availability of the Film Director.
- All production activities will be conducted in compliance with the Ethiopian Film Commission regulations and local laws governing filming in Ethiopia Addis Ababa. The Film Director and production company are responsible for obtaining all necessary shooting permits.
- The Film Director retains full creative authority over artistic decisions during production. However, final editorial approval rests with the client or production company as stipulated in the master services agreement.
- Any changes to the shooting schedule, location, or scope of work in Ethiopia Addis Ababa that exceed the originally agreed parameters will require a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate and may result in additional charges.
- The Film Director shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to political instability, natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or pandemics affecting operations in Ethiopia Addis Ababa.
- All intellectual property rights in the final film or commercial shall vest in the client upon full payment. The Film Director retains the right to use stills and behind-the-scenes footage for personal portfolio purposes.
