• The Film Director retains full creative authority over artistic decisions during the production, subject to the agreed-upon creative brief and client approval at defined milestones.
• Any changes to the scope of work, additional shooting days, or relocation of filming sites beyond the France Lyon metropolitan area will be subject to a supplementary quotation and written client approval.
• Payment terms are net 14 days from invoice date. Late payments shall incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month in accordance with French commercial law (Code de commerce, Article L441-10).
• The Film Director and Cinéma Lumière Productions SARL shall carry full professional liability insurance (assurance responsabilité civile professionnelle) with a minimum coverage of €5,000,000 for the duration of the engagement in France Lyon.
• All intellectual property rights in the final delivered film shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment, as stipulated in the separate Production Agreement to be executed alongside this Quotation Estimate.
