Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: 40% advance payment (€ 24,252.20) due upon contract signature; 40% interim payment (€ 24,252.20) due upon completion of principal photography in Germany Munich; and 20% final payment (€ 12,126.10) due upon delivery of the final cut and written acceptance by the client. 4. Terms and Conditions

• 4.1 This Quotation Estimate is a non-binding offer for the engagement of a Film Director and does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed a formal production agreement.
