2. The Film Director retains full creative authority over all artistic and narrative decisions during the production. Final approval of the completed film rests with Horizon Media & Entertainment Group, subject to the Film Director's professional standards.
3. Accra Creative Productions Ltd. shall provide all necessary insurance coverage for the Film Director, Assistant Director, and support crew during the engagement period in Ghana Accra.
4. Any changes to the shooting schedule, additional locations beyond those listed, or extended post-production timelines will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate issued within five (5) business days.
5. All intellectual property in the final delivered film shall vest in Horizon Media & Entertainment Group upon full payment. The Film Director retains the right to display the work in personal portfolios and festival submissions.
6. This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Accra, Ghana, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1968 (Act 30).
7. Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-imposed restrictions, severe weather, or public health emergencies affecting Ghana Accra, shall excuse timely performance without penalty.
