Upon acceptance, a formal Master Service Agreement (MSA) shall be executed, incorporating all terms detailed herein. The Film Director engagement is exclusive to this project for the duration specified, and no concurrent directing commitments shall be undertaken.

1. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Cinematic Arts & Productions Pvt. Ltd., Bengaluru, India. No cash transactions shall be accepted.
2. The Film Director retains full creative authority over artistic decisions during principal photography, subject to the approved budget and schedule outlined in this Quotation Estimate.
3. Intellectual property rights in the final film shall vest with the production house; the Film Director shall retain credit as "Directed by" in all promotional materials and festival submissions.
4. Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of fourteen (14) days. In such an event, all work completed up to the termination date shall be invoiced at the rates specified in this Quotation Estimate.
5. Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
6. This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of India and the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
