The total amount specified in this Quotation Estimate shall be payable by the client to Cinematic Vision Productions Pvt. Ltd. as follows:

• Advance (40%): ₹ 22,65,600 – payable within 7 working days of acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, prior to the commencement of pre-production activities.
• Milestone 1 (30%): ₹ 16,99,200 – payable upon completion of principal photography (all 25 shooting days concluded).
• Milestone 2 (20%): ₹ 11,32,800 – payable upon delivery of the final locked cut from post-production.
• Final Balance (10%): ₹ 5,66,400 – payable within 15 days of the premiere event or 90 days from the date of this Quotation Estimate, whichever is earlier.

All payments shall be made via NEFT/RTGS to the company's designated bank account. Invoices will be raised in accordance with the GST regulations of India. No work by the Film Director shall commence until the advance payment is received in full.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised due to market fluctuations, currency changes, or availability constraints of the Film Director.
2. The Film Director's engagement is exclusive to this project during the stated shooting and post-production windows. The client agrees not to engage the same Film Director for any competing production within a 12-month period.
3. All filming locations within India New Delhi must be pre-approved by the Film Director. Any change in location that requires additional travel beyond the Delhi NCR radius will be billed separately at actual cost.
4. The client is responsible for securing all insurance coverage, including public liability and equipment insurance, for the duration of the shoot in India New Delhi.
5. Weather delays, government-imposed restrictions, or force majeure events in New Delhi will result in a day-for-day extension of the shooting schedule without additional Film Director charges, provided the total extension does not exceed 10 working days.
6. Intellectual property: The Film Director retains credit rights as "Directed by [Name]" in all promotional materials. The client retains full ownership of the finished film and all associated rights upon full payment.
7. This Quotation Estimate does not include the costs of cast (actors), production design, costume, special effects, or music licensing, which will be quoted separately.
8. Any dispute arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
9. The Film Director reserves the right to withdraw from the engagement with 30 days' written notice in the event of a fundamental change in the project's creative direction as agreed during pre-production.
