3. Payment Terms

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three installments: 40% upon contract signing, 35% upon completion of principal photography in Indonesia Jakarta and regional locations, and 25% upon final delivery of all master files. All payments shall be transferred via bank transfer to the account of PT Sinema Nusantara Kreatif, Bank Mandiri, Jakarta.

4. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and availability of the Film Director are subject to revision.
The Film Director retains full creative authority over the final cut of the film, subject to one (1) round of client-approved revisions as outlined in the production agreement.
All production activities in Indonesia Jakarta and other Indonesian locations shall comply with the regulations set forth by the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (Kominfo) and applicable local government ordinances.
Any change in scope, additional shooting days, or extended post-production work beyond the 12-week timeline will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued separately.
The Film Director and all crew members shall be provided with comprehensive production insurance covering the duration of the engagement in Indonesia Jakarta and all regional shoot locations.
Intellectual property rights to the final film shall transfer to the client upon full payment. The Film Director retains the right to display the work in professional portfolios and industry festivals.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Production Services Agreement.
All costs are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No foreign currency conversion is applicable as all services are rendered within Indonesia Jakarta and its surrounding regions.

5. Acceptance and Authorization
