The Film Director will be responsible for the creative vision, on-set management, and final artistic delivery of the project, working in close coordination with the client's production team based in Baghdad.

The Film Director will conduct a minimum of three (3) on-site location scouting visits in Iraq Baghdad prior to the start of principal photography. These visits will cover the Tigris Riverfront, historical sites in the Old City of Baghdad, and the client's designated studio in Al-Mansour District. The director will also coordinate with local Iraqi authorities, security personnel, and municipal offices to obtain all necessary filming permits specific to the Iraq Baghdad jurisdiction.

The total amount stated in this Quotation Estimate shall be paid according to the following milestone schedule, all transactions denominated in US Dollars and processed via international wire transfer to the account of Cinematic Vision Productions Ltd.:

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and availability of the Film Director are subject to reconfirmation.
The Film Director shall be available for a minimum of sixty (60) working days in Iraq Baghdad as outlined in the scope of services. Any extension beyond this period will be billed at the daily rate specified in Item 03.
All filming activities in Iraq Baghdad are subject to obtaining the requisite permits from the Iraqi Ministry of Culture, the Baghdad Municipal Council, and any relevant security clearances. Delays caused by governmental or security-related factors in Iraq Baghdad shall not be considered a breach of schedule by either party.
The client shall provide a safe working environment in Iraq Baghdad, including but not limited to adequate security arrangements, medical support, and compliance with all Iraqi labor and safety regulations applicable to foreign production crews.
Intellectual property rights in the final documentary shall vest in the client upon full payment. The Film Director retains the right to display the work in professional portfolios and festival submissions, subject to the client's prior written approval.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to civil unrest, natural disasters, or government-imposed restrictions in Iraq Baghdad, shall suspend obligations under this agreement for the duration of the event, with a maximum suspension period of thirty (30) days before either party may terminate without penalty.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce, with the seat of arbitration in Baghdad, Iraq.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. Upon signature, it shall form the basis of the definitive Production Services Agreement.
