3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates and availability of the designated Film Director are subject to re-evaluation and potential revision.
3.2 Payment Schedule: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total amount is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 70% shall be paid in two equal installments: 50% upon completion of principal photography and 50% upon final delivery of the finished project.
3.3 Location & Jurisdiction: All services under this engagement shall be performed primarily within the municipal boundaries of Israel Jerusalem. Any filming locations outside this area (e.g., Tel Aviv, Haifa, or the West Bank) will be subject to a separate supplementary Quotation Estimate and additional travel charges.
3.4 Film Director Availability: The named Film Director, Mr. David Ben-Ari, is reserved exclusively for this production for the duration specified. Cancellation by the client after the 30-day validity period will result in forfeiture of the initial deposit.
3.5 Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all final deliverables (edited footage, final cut, and associated materials) shall become the sole property of the client. The Film Director retains the right to include the project in his professional portfolio and festival submissions, subject to prior written approval from the client.
3.6 Regulatory Compliance: The production company and the Film Director shall jointly ensure full compliance with all applicable Israeli laws, including the Film and Video Law, 5752-1992, as well as all municipal regulations governing filming in Israel Jerusalem, including but not limited to restrictions near the Old City walls, the Western Wall plaza, and other heritage-designated zones.
3.7 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government-mandated shutdowns, security incidents affecting the Israel Jerusalem area, natural disasters, or pandemic-related restrictions.
3.8 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Israel Jerusalem, in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. The competent court of jurisdiction shall be the District Court of Jerusalem.
