5. Force majeure events, including but not limited to security alerts, extreme weather, or government-mandated shutdowns in Tel Aviv, will result in a proportional extension of the production timeline at no additional charge.
6. All footage, scripts, storyboards, and creative materials produced under this engagement shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment. The Film Director retains the right to display the work in personal portfolios and festival submissions, subject to a 90-day embargo from public release.
7. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel and resolved through binding arbitration in Tel Aviv, in accordance with the Israeli Arbitration Law, 5728–1968.
