3. Payment Terms
This Quotation Estimate stipulates the following payment schedule: 30% of the total fee shall be due upon signature of the production agreement; 40% shall be payable upon commencement of principal photography in Italy Milan; and the remaining 30% shall be settled within fifteen (15) business days following the Film Director's final approval of the picture lock. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account details provided on the accompanying invoice. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month in accordance with Italian commercial law (Codice Civile, Art. 1284).
4. Terms & Conditions
4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates and availability of the Film Director are subject to reconfirmation.
4.2 The Film Director retains full creative authority over all artistic and interpretive decisions during principal photography. Final cut approval rests with the producer, subject to the contractual deliverables outlined in the master services agreement.
4.3 All work performed under this Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Italian Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Milan, Italy.
4.4 The Film Director shall comply with all applicable Italian labour regulations, safety protocols on set, and the collective bargaining agreements (CCNL) relevant to the audiovisual sector in Italy Milan.
