Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three installments: 30% upon execution of the production contract, 40% upon completion of principal photography in Japan Osaka, and the remaining 30% upon final delivery of the completed master. All payments are to be made in Japanese Yen (JPY) via bank transfer to the account designated by Kenshiro Tanaka Productions Ltd. A 1.5% monthly late fee will apply to any outstanding balance exceeding 30 days from the due date.
4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 60 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of the Film Director are subject to revision.
4.2 The Film Director retains full creative authority over artistic decisions during the production in Japan Osaka, subject to mutual agreement with the producer on budgetary and scheduling matters.
4.3 All filming locations within Japan Osaka require prior approval from the Osaka Metropolitan Government and relevant ward offices. The Film Director and production team shall bear responsibility for obtaining all necessary permits, and any additional municipal fees will be itemized separately.
4.4 Intellectual property rights for the final film shall be jointly owned as stipulated in the separate Production Agreement. The Film Director retains credit rights and portfolio usage rights for the completed work.
4.5 In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters common to the Japan Osaka region, government-mandated shutdowns, or public health emergencies), the production schedule shall be extended without penalty to either party.
4.6 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Production Agreement. All terms herein are subject to that final agreement.
Note: This Quotation Estimate assumes a standard 120-minute feature film runtime. Any changes to the scope, runtime, or number of shooting days in Japan Osaka will require a revised Quotation Estimate issued by our office.
