- Post-Production Supervision: Editorial direction, color grading oversight, sound design supervision, and final quality assurance. The Film Director will conduct weekly review sessions with the editing team at the Shinjuku post-production facility.

This Quotation Estimate shall be settled in three installments: 40% upon contract execution, 35% upon completion of principal photography, and 25% upon final delivery of the completed film package. All payments shall be made in Japanese Yen (JPY) via bank transfer to Shinjuku Visual Arts Productions K.K. at Mizuho Bank, Shinjuku Branch. Late payments shall accrue interest at 1.5% per month as stipulated under Japanese commercial law.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 45 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be subject to revision based on market conditions in the Japan Tokyo production sector.
- The Film Director retains full creative authority over artistic decisions. Material changes to the creative vision must be mutually agreed upon in writing and may result in a revised Quotation Estimate.
- All filming in Japan Tokyo is subject to municipal permits, Japanese Film Act regulations, and local noise/curfew ordinances. Delays caused by force majeure (typhoons, earthquakes, government-mandated closures) shall extend the production schedule without additional cost to the client.
- The Film Director and all crew members shall comply with Japanese labor standards, including maximum working hours and mandatory rest periods as defined by the Japan Tokyo Metropolitan Government.
- Intellectual property rights for the final delivered film shall transfer to Global Media Holdings Inc. upon full payment. The Film Director retains the right to display the work in personal portfolios and industry festivals, subject to a 90-day embargo from public release.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for cast fees, equipment rental beyond the base package, or any additional Japan Tokyo location fees not explicitly listed in Section 3.
