- Payment terms: 40% advance deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of principal photography, and 20% upon final delivery of the completed film.

- The Film Director retains full creative authority over all artistic decisions during the production period. The client reserves the right to request up to two (2) rounds of revisions during post-production.
