The Film Director engaged under this Quotation Estimate will be responsible for the complete creative and operational direction of the production. The scope includes, but is not limited to, the following deliverables and responsibilities:
- Pre-Production (Weeks 1–4): Script development and refinement, location scouting across Kuwait City districts including Al Jleeb, Al Qasr, and the Kuwait City Corniche, casting coordination, storyboard creation, and production scheduling. The Film Director will conduct a minimum of three on-site location reconnaissance visits within Kuwait City to assess lighting conditions, access logistics, and cultural sensitivity considerations.
- Production (Weeks 5–10): Full on-set direction for a minimum of 18 shooting days within Kuwait, Kuwait City. The Film Director will oversee all principal photography, manage the on-set crew of up to 35 personnel, coordinate with local Kuwaiti authorities for filming permits, and ensure daily production targets are met. The Film Director will also be responsible for directing all interview segments, B-roll sequences, and any dramatized re-enactments.

5.1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on market conditions in Kuwait, Kuwait City.
5.2. The Film Director retains full creative authority over artistic decisions during production. However, the client reserves the right to request up to two (2) rounds of revisions during post-production at no additional cost.
5.3. All filming activities within Kuwait City shall be conducted in strict compliance with the Kuwaiti Ministry of Information regulations. The Film Director and Meridian Visual Productions LLC shall obtain all necessary filming permits, and the client shall provide any additional documentation required by local authorities.
5.4. Intellectual property rights for the final delivered master shall transfer to the client upon full payment. The Film Director retains the right to use behind-the-scenes footage for portfolio and promotional purposes, subject to prior written approval from the client.
5.5. Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-mandated shutdowns, extreme weather conditions affecting outdoor filming in Kuwait City, or civil unrest, shall suspend the production timeline without penalty to either party.
5.6. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Kuwait City in accordance with the Kuwaiti Arbitration Law.
5.7. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties execute the formal Service Agreement document.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Film Director services in Kuwait, Kuwait City, and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. The signed Quotation Estimate shall serve as the basis for the formal Service Agreement to be executed within five (5) business days of acceptance.
