- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and availability of the Film Director are subject to reconfirmation.
- All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD). Payment shall be made via international wire transfer to the designated bank account in Yangon, Myanmar. Any bank charges incurred by the client's bank are the responsibility of the client.
- The Film Director retains full creative authority during principal photography. However, the client reserves the right to request up to two (2) revisions per scene during the post-production phase at no additional cost.
- Any changes to the shooting schedule, additional locations within Myanmar Yangon, or extended production days beyond the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a supplementary cost assessment and written approval by both parties.
- Golden Pagoda Productions Ltd. shall obtain all necessary permits from the Myanmar Film Censorship Board and the Yangon City Development Committee. The client is responsible for providing all required project documentation, scripts, and content approvals in a timely manner.
- In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or public health emergencies affecting Myanmar Yangon, either party may suspend or terminate the agreement without penalty upon fourteen (14) days written notice.
- All intellectual property rights in the final delivered film or video shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment. The Film Director retains the right to use stills and behind-the-scenes footage for personal portfolio purposes.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal production agreement is executed by both parties. The terms herein serve as the financial and operational framework for the subsequent contract.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent production agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Yangon, Myanmar, in accordance with the rules of the Myanmar Arbitration Centre.
