The remaining 60% (EUR 19,239.00) is payable within fourteen (14) calendar days following the delivery of the final mastered film. Late payments shall accrue interest at the statutory Dutch rate of 8% per annum.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Acceptance of this quotation constitutes a binding agreement between Studio Amsterdam Creative and the client for the provision of Film Director services as described herein. The Film Director retains full creative authority during the production process; however, the client reserves the right to request reasonable adjustments during the two agreed revision rounds. All filming activities in Netherlands Amsterdam shall comply with local municipal regulations, Dutch labour law, and applicable data protection legislation (GDPR). The client agrees to provide all necessary release forms for any identifiable individuals appearing on camera. In the event of weather-related delays affecting outdoor shoots in Amsterdam, the Film Director shall propose alternative indoor locations at no additional cost, provided the reschedule occurs within the same calendar month. This quotation does not include the costs of camera operators, gaffer, sound recordist, or post-production editing house, which shall be quoted separately upon request.
