• 30% Deposit (NZD $44,605.05) – Due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the production services agreement.
• 40% Progress Payment (NZD $59,473.40) – Due upon completion of Principal Photography (end of shooting day 22).
• 30% Final Payment (NZD $44,605.05) – Due upon delivery of the final locked cut and Film Director sign-off in post-production.

All payments are to be made via bank transfer to Harbour Light Productions Ltd, ANZ Bank, Account 01-0456-0789123-00, in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Invoices will be issued in accordance with New Zealand Inland Revenue Department (IRD) requirements.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After 14 July 2025, rates may be subject to revision based on market conditions in the New Zealand Auckland film production sector.
• The Film Director engagement is subject to a minimum 14-day cancellation notice. Cancellations within 14 days of the scheduled start date will incur a 50% fee on the remaining contract value.
• All work performed by the Film Director under this Quotation Estimate will be conducted in compliance with the New Zealand Film Commission (NZFC) guidelines, the Copyright Act 1994, and applicable local council permits for filming in New Zealand Auckland public spaces.
• Harbour Light Productions Ltd shall carry professional indemnity insurance of no less than NZD $5,000,000 and public liability insurance of NZD $10,000,000 for the duration of the engagement.
• The Film Director retains moral rights over the creative work as defined under New Zealand copyright law. A separate intellectual property and rights assignment agreement will be executed prior to the commencement of pre-production.
• Any changes to the scope of work, additional shooting days, or relocation of filming sites beyond the New Zealand Auckland metropolitan area will require a written variation to this Quotation Estimate, signed by both parties, before additional work commences.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed the acceptance section below and the formal Production Services Agreement has been executed.
