- Final Payment (25%): PKR 1,520,725 — Due upon delivery of the final edited master file and all associated media assets.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised due to market fluctuations in Pakistan Islamabad.
- All services rendered by the Film Director and crew are subject to the Pakistan Film Censor Board (PFCB) regulations and applicable federal and provincial laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
- The Film Director retains full creative authority during production; however, final approval of the finished deliverable rests with the client as per the agreed creative brief.
- Any additional shooting days, location changes outside the Islamabad metropolitan area, or scope modifications will be billed separately at the rates specified in this Quotation Estimate.
- Capital Lens Productions (Pvt.) Ltd. shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather, government-imposed curfews, or civil unrest in Pakistan Islamabad.
- All intellectual property rights in the final deliverable shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment. The Film Director retains the right to use stills and behind-the-scenes footage for portfolio purposes.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Islamabad, Pakistan, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940 of Pakistan.
