This Quotation Estimate is structured with the following payment milestones to ensure smooth project execution in Pakistan Karachi:

Advance (40%): PKR 2,968,644 – Due upon signing of the service agreement and confirmation of the Film Director engagement.
Mid-Production (30%): PKR 2,226,483 – Due upon completion of 50% of shooting days.
Final Delivery (30%): PKR 2,226,483 – Due upon delivery of the final mastered content and all source files.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised due to market fluctuations in Pakistan Karachi.
The Film Director retains full creative authority during production. However, the client reserves the right to request up to two (2) rounds of revisions in post-production at no additional cost.
All shooting will be conducted in compliance with local laws and regulations of Pakistan. Permits for filming in public locations within Pakistan Karachi will be obtained by our production team at no extra charge to the client.
Intellectual property of the final deliverable shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment. The Film Director and CineCraft Productions retain the right to use the work in their professional portfolio and showreel.
Any changes to the scope of work, additional shooting days, or changes in location within Pakistan Karachi will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate and mutual written agreement.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather, government-imposed restrictions, or civil unrest in Pakistan Karachi, may result in schedule adjustments without penalty to either party.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of CineCraft Productions (Pvt.) Ltd., Meezan Bank, Clifton Branch, Karachi, Pakistan. IBAN: PK00MEZN0000001234567890.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
