This Quotation Estimate is issued by Creative Vision Productions Inc. to formally outline the professional services of a Film Director for the production of a feature-length or short-form film project to be executed in the Philippines Manila area. The Film Director engaged under this estimate shall be responsible for the complete creative and technical direction of the project, including but not limited to pre-production planning, on-set direction, actor coaching, shot composition, and post-production oversight. All services described herein are tailored to the standards and regulations of the Philippine film industry and are to be performed within the jurisdiction of Philippines Manila and its metropolitan areas.

4	Post-Production Supervision & Editorial Direction — The Film Director shall supervise the editing process, provide notes on pacing, narrative flow, color grading, sound design, and final cut approval. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, the Film Director's availability and the rates stated herein are subject to revision.
Payment Terms: Fifty percent (50%) of the total amount shall be due upon signing of the Service Agreement. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be payable within seven (7) calendar days following the completion of post-production supervision.
All services shall be performed by the designated Film Director or, in the event of unavoidable absence, by a qualified substitute of equivalent experience and caliber, subject to prior written approval by the client.
The Film Director retains full creative authority over artistic and narrative decisions during the production period, subject to the agreed-upon script and budget parameters established in the Philippines Manila production plan.
Any changes to the shooting schedule, locations within Philippines Manila, or scope of work must be communicated in writing at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance. Schedule changes may result in additional charges as per the contingency provision.
This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for cast fees, crew (beyond the Film Director), equipment rental, location permits, catering, or any other production expenses not explicitly listed above.
All intellectual property rights in the final film product shall be determined by a separate Intellectual Property Agreement to be executed concurrently with the Service Agreement, in compliance with the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).
This Quotation Estimate is non-binding until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties. The terms herein serve solely as a financial and scope estimate for the Film Director's professional services in the Philippines Manila area.
Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, and if unresolved, through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI), Philippines Manila.
