- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this validity period will require a revised quotation.
- All rates are quoted in Qatari Riyal (QAR) and are inclusive of the Film Director's professional fees. Third-party vendor costs (camera rental, lighting, sound) are excluded unless specifically itemized above.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of principal photography in Qatar Doha, and 20% upon final delivery of the edited master file.
- The Film Director retains full creative authority during the shoot. The client reserves the right to request up to two (2) revision rounds during post-production at no additional cost.
- All filming activities will be conducted in accordance with the laws and regulations of the State of Qatar. The client is responsible for securing any additional location-specific permissions within Qatar Doha not covered under Item 7.
- In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to extreme weather events common in the Doha region), the Film Director and production team will reschedule affected days at no penalty to either party.
- Intellectual property of the final deliverable transfers to the client upon full payment. The Film Director retains the right to include the project in their professional portfolio and showreel.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and the advance payment has been received.
