Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in the following installments, all denominated in US Dollars and payable to the bank account of Neva Frame Productions LLC, Russia Saint Petersburg:

5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates and availability of the Film Director are subject to revision without prior notice.

5.2 All services shall be performed in compliance with the Federal Laws of the Russian Federation governing film production, intellectual property, and labor relations. The Film Director holds a valid work permit and professional registration in Russia Saint Petersburg.

5.3 The Film Director retains full creative authority over all artistic and narrative decisions during the production period. The Client reserves the right to request up to two (2) revisions per editorial session; additional revisions shall be billed at the standard daily rate.

5.4 All filming locations within Russia Saint Petersburg require permits from the City Committee for Culture and relevant municipal authorities. Permit fees, if applicable, are included in the Location Scouting line item. The Client shall provide all necessary production documentation at least fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled shoot date.

5.5 In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to severe weather, government-mandated closures, or public health restrictions affecting Russia Saint Petersburg, the production schedule shall be extended accordingly, and the Contingency Buffer shall be applied before any additional charges are incurred.

5.6 All footage, scripts, storyboards, and creative materials produced under this engagement shall become the exclusive property of the Client upon full payment. The Film Director retains the right to display the completed work in professional portfolios and industry festivals, subject to the Client's written approval.

5.7 Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Russia Saint Petersburg in accordance with the rules of the Saint Petersburg International Commercial Arbitration Court.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Quotation Estimate accurately reflects the agreed-upon scope, schedule, and financial terms for the Film Director engagement in Russia Saint Petersburg. This document, once countersigned, shall serve as the basis for the definitive Production Services Agreement.
